Anushka torn between Rajini and Ajith

Anushka is praying that they will put more hours in a day as she simply cannot find dates these days. She is being flooded with the creme de la creme of offers and she has no idea how to accommodate them all. Anushka is being considered for the role of Rajini's heroine in Kochadaiyaan and she is very keen to grab the project.
Now we hear that she has also been offered Billa 2 with Ajith. Anushka is going crazy as she is dying to work with both Rajini and Ajith and is doing everything humanly possible to somehow accommodate both films.

Anushka Opposite Ajith

Speculation is running high. Who will be Rajini's heroine in Kochadayaan? Though several big heroines have started sending feelers to the production house and director K.S.
Ravikumar, dusky babe Anushka Shetty tops the list. K.S.R. has gone on record that they are approaching Anushka for the 3D version of the period film, ased on the life and times of Pandia emperor Kochadayaan in 735 AD. Rajini will portray king Kochadayaan, known for his bravery and chival for his bravery and chival ry. Kochadayaan also refers to Lord Shiva.

Bruna loved working with Ajith

Bruna Abdullah one of the heroines of Ajith’s Billa 2 is going gaga gaga over Thalai.

Bruna is half Brazilian half Arabian model turned actress was seen alongside Imran Khan and Sonam Kapoor in I Hate Love Stories.

She performed an item song (Rehem Kare) for Anubhav Sinha’s Cash and was last seen in Desi Boyz.
She appeared in reality TV Show Fear Factor - Khatron Ke Khiladi Level 2 on Colors TV, hosted by Akshay Kumar and was also recently on the cover of Maxim. 

The actress has just completed her work with Ajith in Georgia in Eastern Europe and is back in Mumbai.
Bruna had tweeted : “ Billa 2 was simply awesome . I'm done with the shoot guys. And now I can't wait for the release. Best experience working with Ajith sir.”

No celebrations for 100th Day Mankatha

Thala fans are so much gleeful over the grand success of ‘Mankatha’. The film has grossed with big collections across the globe and it is the highest ever grosser for Ajith Kumar’s movie till the date. The film is now touching the mark of 100 days. It was expected that there would be grand celebrations for the function. But now producer Dayanidhi Azhagiri of Cloud Nine Movies comes up with a little disappointing news that there wouldn’t be any such celebrations.

Adding more about it, Dayanidhi Azhagiri says, “Ajith sir won’t attend any public functions. So there is no use of keeping a 100th day function for Mankatha without the hero himself.”

What Thala fans? What if there is no celebration formally, we all celebrate the success of Thala within ourselves every day every moment, isn’t?

Ajith in remake of Telugu movie Panjaa

There is always an air of expectation attached with Ajith and his films. The genial star, who is presently busy with his upcoming project Billa-2 directed by Chakri Toleti, is said to be toying with the idea of starring in a Tamil remake film to be directed by Vishnuvardhan. It was Vishnuvardhan who gave Ajith one of his biggest hits in 2007. As Vishnu was busy with his Telugu projects, he couldn’t direct Billa-2 which is one of Ajith’s pet proThere is perfect understanding between Vishnu and Ajith and it is therefore rumoured that the two might come together again for the Tamil remake of the Telugu film Panjaa. Vishnu is presently directing Panjaa in Telugu in which ‘Power Star’ Pawan Kalyan(oops not Kollywood’s Power Star Srinivasan) plays the lead role. The film is slated to hit the screens in the second week of December.

Though the Telugu Panjaa hasn’t yet hit the screens, there are already talks in the film circles that the film would be remade in Tamil under Vishnu’s direction with Ajith playing the lead role. On more than one occasion in the past, Ajith had gone on record praising Vishuni’s working style. It is, therefore, very much possible that Vishnu and Ajith may start shooting for the Tamil remake of the Telugu film Panjaa.

Some Tollywood reports have claimed that Vishnu has confirmed that he will be working with Ajith in the near future. After the highly successful Mankatha, which was his landmark 50th film, Ajith has been concentrating intently on Billa-2. The film will have beauty queen Parvathy Omanakuttan and Brazilian bombshell Bruna Abdullah playing pivotal roles. This film is likely to release on April 14 next year.

After the success of Mankatha ultimate star Ajith kumar is busy now a days for Billa 2 . Chakri toleti director of Billa 2 is in full swing directing the movie. Billa 2 is 51st movie for our thala.
The second schelude of the movie is going to take place in european countries is few days. So lets keep our fingers crossed that ajith’s Billa 2 must be released for pongal along with Vijay’s Nanban.

Vidyut Jammwal is Ajith's villain in Billa 2

Meet Ajith's Billa 2 villain Vidyut Jammwal, the man who spiced up John Abraham's Force with his amazing action skills. Vidyut has now bagged a golden opportunity to play the main villain in Kollywood's much awaited Billa 2. The film, directed by Chakri Toleti, is likely to hit screens on April 14, 2012, Tamil New Year day. Model-actress Parvathy Omanakkuttan, who was crowned Miss India World in 2008 and later became first runner-up at the Miss World 2008 competition, plays the leading lady.

This prequel is produced under the banner of Wide Angle Creations (led by George Pious and Suresh Balaje, son of producer-actor K. Balaje, who produced the original Billa with Rajinikanth in 1980) and presented by Mumbai based Sunir Kheterpal, CEO of IN Entertainment (India) Limited, part of the Hinduja Group. Bollywood star Sudhanshu Pandey, Bruna Abdullah and Malayalam actor Manoj K. Jayan will play prominent roles in this film, made with a whopping budget of Rs. 35 crores.

Billa 2's technical team includes cinematographer Hemant Chaturvedi, editor Sreekar Prasad and music director Yuvanshankar Raja.

Ajith and Vijay Join after 16 years

These days Vijay and Ajith fans seem to get closer. It is because both the actors are showing good bond between them at various occasions. Now the news is that some big wig producers are planning to rope Vijay and Ajith the top two actors in the remake of yesteryear blockbuster Sholay starring Amitabh Bachchan and Dharmendra along with Hema Malini and Jaya Bachchan in the female lead.

Jai and Veeru (the heroes) are very close friends who robs to live their life. At one point a police officer catches and jails them. One day the police officer makes a deal, to kill the most dreaded goonda of his village Gabbar (Amjad). These two eventually accept the offer and how they eliminate Gabbar in the end is the story.
If this becomes true then this will be big comeback for the Ajith and Vijay combo after 16 long years. Their last combo was seen in the 1995 film Rajavin parvaiyilae.

Ajith may consider Badshah 2

There is a speculation going on in Kollywood that Ajith may star in Badshah 2. He is all set to do a film for producer AM Rathnam and the producer is toying with idea of either making a sequel to Indian or Badshah.

It is rumored that AM Rathnam had a word with Rajinikanth who had essayed the lead role in Badshah about the sequel and the Superstar had given his assent. We also hear that Rajini is keen that Ajith must star in the film.

Billa’s item girl

Meenakshi Dixit is looking to expand her horizons and has therefore lapped up the opportunity to do an item number in Billa 2 alongside Ajith. The hottie was seen in the Telugu film Dookudu shaking her legs with Mahesh Babu and became immensely popular as an item girl.

When she was approached to do an item song in Billa 2, Meenakshi Dixit was excited because she would get to share the screen space with Ajith. The song is set to set the screens on fire, we are told.

நேற்று ஒரு தொலைக்காட்சி நிகழ்ச்சிக்கான ஷூட்டிங் இருந்தது. பொதுவாக லைவ் தொலைக்காட்சிக்குச் செல்லும்போது ஒப்பனையெல்லாம் செய்ய மாட்டார்கள். ஆனால் புதிய தலைமுறை தொலைக்காட்சியில் ஒப்பனை அறை ஒன்று உள்ளது. ஒப்பனைக் கலைஞர்களும் உள்ளனர். நமக்கு மேக்கப் போடாமல் விடமாட்டார்கள்.


கண்ணுக்குக்கீழ் கருமையைப் போக்க ஏதோ மாவைப் பூசினார். முகத்தை அழுந்தத் துடைத்துவிட்டார். புருவத்தைச் சீராக்கினார்.

நான் சிரித்தேன். ‘நான் என்ன சினிமாக்காரனா? எனக்கு எதற்கு இந்த மேக்கப் எல்லாம்? இதனால் என்ன பிரயோஜனம்?’ என்றேன்.

‘இல்ல சார், வயசை ஒரு 15 வருஷமாவது குறைச்சுக் காட்டும்’ என்றார்.


‘அது எனக்கு எதுக்கு? வயசு ஆகிட்டுத்தானே இருக்கு? முன்னாடி தலை எல்லாம் நரைக்க ஆரம்பிச்சாச்சே’ என்றேன்.

‘வேணும்னா அதை மாத்திடலாமா?’ என்றார்.

‘வேண்டாம், வேண்டாம். நான் ரஜினி மாதிரி’ என்றேன்.

‘அவரேகூட சினிமால நரைச்ச தலையோட வந்தா நீங்க ஏத்துப்பீங்களா?’ என்றார்.




‘சினிமால எப்படி வந்தாலும் நிஜ வாழ்க்கைல நரைச்ச முள்ளு தாடி, பாதி வழுக்கை ரேஞ்சில தைரியமா வராரே? அந்த மாதிரி யாரால முடியும்? கமலால முடியுமா?’ என்றேன்.

‘கமல், ரஜினி ரெண்டு பேருக்குமே நான் மேக்கப் போட்டிருக்கேன் சார்’ என்றார்.

‘ஓ, அப்படியா? அப்ப ஏன் சினிமாவ விட்டுட்டு இப்பிடி டிவிக்கு வந்திருக்கீங்க?’ என்றேன்.

‘சினிமால ஹீரோ, கேமராமேன், டைரெக்டர் இப்படி கொஞ்சம் பேருக்கு மட்டும்தான் சார் பணம். மத்தவங்களுக்கு, தினசரி பேட்டா இல்லாட்டி வாழ்க்கை ஓடாது சார். அதுவும் பேட்டாகூடக் கட்டாயமாக் கிடைக்கும்னு சொல்லமுடியாது. குடும்பம்னு வந்தாச்சு சார், இனிமேயும் சினிமால லோல்பட முடியாதுன்னு விட்டுட்டேன்.’

‘யாரோட எல்லாம் சினிமால வொர்க் பண்ணிருக்கீங்க?’

‘கமல், ரஜினி, விக்ரம், அஜித்னு தமிழ் ஹீரோக்கள் எல்லாரோடையும் வொர்க் பண்ணிட்டேன் சார். கமல்கிட்டேருந்துதான் வேலையே ஆரம்பம்.’

‘இந்த நடிகர்கள் எல்லாம் எப்படி?’

‘ஒவ்வொர்த்தர் ஒவ்வொரு மாதிரி சார். ஆனா அஜித் மாதிரி வராது சார்.’

‘ஏம்ப்பா அப்படிச் சொல்றே?’

‘அவர் ஒருத்தர்தான் சார் மனுஷனை மனுஷனா மதிக்கிறவர். மத்தவங்க மோசம்னு எல்லாம் சொல்லலை சார். ஆனா என்னவோ அஜித் ஒருத்தர மட்டும்தான் சார் இந்த மாதிரி நான் பார்த்திருக்கேன். அவர மாதிரி இன்னொருத்தர் இனிக் கிடைப்பாரான்னு தெரியலை சார். முந்தி ஜெனரேஷன்ல ஆக்டருங்க எப்படி இருந்தாங்கன்னு எனக்குத் தெரியாது சார். ஆனா இந்த ஜெனரேஷன்ல அஜித் மாதிரி ஒரு நல்ல மனிதர் யாருமே கிடையாதுன்னு சொல்வேன் சார்!’

‘அதெப்படி அப்பா அவ்வளவு ஆழமாச் சொல்லறே? அப்படி என்ன பண்ணிருக்கார்?’

‘இல்ல சார். இங்க ஏர்போர்ட்டுக்கு முன்னாடி பழைய பின்னி மில்லுல ஷூட்டிங் சார். 14 நாள் நடந்துச்சு. சாப்பாடு சரியா இல்லை. மொத நாள் மோசமான சாப்பாடு. புரடக்‌ஷன்ல சரியாப் பாத்துக்கல. அடுத்த நாள் லைட் பாய்கிட்டப் பேசிக்கிட்டிருக்கறப்ப அவருக்குத் தெரிஞ்சிடுச்சு. உடனே அன்னிக்கு வீட்டுல மட்டன் பிரியாணிக்கு ரெடி பண்ணிக்கிட்டு வந்துட்டாரு. மட்டன் பீஸ் எல்லாம் வீட்டுலயே தயார் பண்ணிக் கொண்டுவந்துட்டாரு. அரிசி ஒரு கிலோ 190 ரூபாய் சார். அவரே சமையல் பண்ணாரு.’

‘என்னப்பா விளையாடற? அவரே சமையல் பண்ணாரா, இல்லை ஆளுகளை வெச்சு சமைச்சாரா?’

‘இல்லைங்க, அவரே சமையல். ஃப்ரீயா இருந்த டெனீஷியன்களைக் கூட்டு வெங்காயம், தக்காளி வெட்டித் தரச் சொன்னாரு. அவரே அரிசியை சோம்பு, பட்டை எல்லாம் போட்டு சமைச்சு, அப்புறம் மட்டனைச் சேர்த்து பிரியாணி செஞ்சாரு.’



‘அப்புறம் என்ன ஆச்சு?’

‘மொத நாள், எங்க யாருக்குமே பீஸ் கிடைக்கல சார். வெறும் சோறு மட்டும்தான். புரடக்‌ஷன்ல ஆளுங்க வந்து பீஸ் எல்லாத்தையும் எடுத்துக்கிட்டுப் போயிட்டாங்க. டிஃபன் கேரியர்ல அள்ளிக்கிட்டுப் போயிட்டாங்க. அதுவும் அவரோட காதுக்கு அடுத்த நாள் போயிருச்சு. ஒருத்தரக் கூப்பிட்டு பிரியாணி எப்படி இருந்துச்சுன்னு கேட்டாரு. அவர் வந்து, ‘நல்லா இருந்துச்சு சார், ஆனா பீஸ்தான் கிடைக்கல. எங்களுக்கு யாருக்குமே கிடைக்கலை’னு சொன்னாரு. அன்னிக்கு அவரே திரும்ப பிரியாணி பண்ணினதுமே, புரடக்‌ஷன் மேனேஜரைக் கூப்பிட்டுச் சொல்லிட்டாரு: ‘இன்னிக்கு டிஃபன் பாக்ஸ் கட்டற வேலை எல்லாம் கிடையாது. ஏ, பி, சி அப்பிடின்னு எந்த வித்தியாசமும் இல்லாம, எல்லாரும் இங்கியே உக்கார்ந்து சேர்ந்து சாப்பிடட்டும்.’ அன்னிக்குத் தொடங்கி ஒவ்வொரு நாளும் ஷூட்டிங் முடிஞ்சதும் அவரேதான் சார் யூனிட்டுல உள்ள அத்தனை பேருக்கும் பிரியாணி செஞ்சு போடுவாரு. ஒவ்வொரு நாளும் டேஸ்டு அதிகமாகிக்கிட்டே போச்சு சார்.’

‘அப்புறம்?’

‘சாப்பாடு மட்டும்தானா?’

‘இல்ல சார். தீபாவளி சமயத்துல ஒவ்வொருத்தருக்கும் 3,000 ரூபாய்க்கு வெடி, ஆளுக்கு 500 ரூபாய் கேஷ் கொடுத்தாரு சார். அப்புறம் பொங்கல் சமயத்துல ஒவ்வொரு டெக்னீஷியனுக்கும் கால் பவுன் தங்கத்துல மோதிரம் வாங்கிப் போட்டாரு சார். வருஷப் பொறப்புக்கு...’

இப்படித் தொடர்ந்துகொண்டே போனார். கமல், ரஜினி போன்றவர்கள் தனிப்பட்ட முறையில் பலருக்கு உதவி செய்துள்ளதையும் சுட்டிக் காட்டினார். ஆனால் அஜித் அளவுக்குத் தான் யாரையுமே பார்த்ததில்லை என்றார்.

செட்டில், உடல் நலம் சரியில்லாமல் யாரேனும் வேலைக்கு வரவில்லை என்றால் உடனே தன் மேனேஜரை அனுப்பி, என்ன விஷயம் என்று தெரிந்துகொண்டு, உடல் நலக் குறைவுக்கு ஏற்றார்போலப் பணம் அனுப்பிவைப்பாராம். கூட வேலை செய்வோரை அண்ணே என்றுதான் அழைப்பாராம்.
